How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin, so the trial can never convert into a surprise charge. When it ends, your workspace simply becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and your data and connected accounts are preserved.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your workspace billing settings or by email from your account address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, you are not charged again, and you have 30 days to export your data.
What happens if I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately: we charge the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the new price applies from your next renewal. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, and if your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, the excess campaigns are paused, not deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you can cancel at any time and are never billed beyond the current period, monthly fees are non-refundable and we do not credit partial months. The exceptions: billing errors, which we correct and refund, material mid-cycle reductions in your plan's core functionality, and any non-waivable refund rights your local law grants.
Is ad spend included in the subscription?
No. Your subscription covers the software only. The media budget for your campaigns is billed to you directly by Meta, TikTok, Google, and the other platforms through your own accounts. Atiko never charges your card for ad spend.
