Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on atikoapp.co and in the Atiko platform, operated by ATIKO APP LIMITED, what they do, and how you can control them.
The short version
We set one cookie, called atiko_session, and only to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no social-media pixels on the marketing site.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads, most importantly, that you are signed in. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies through that site are called third-party cookies, and they are the usual mechanism for cross-site ad tracking.
2. The cookies we set
atiko_session
A first-party, strictly necessary cookie set when you sign in to Atiko. It authenticates your session so you stay signed in as you move around the platform. It is marked Secure and HttpOnly, is never readable by scripts or other sites, and expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Short-lived security tokens
Short-lived, strictly necessary cookies protect forms and sign-in flows against cross-site request forgery. They contain no personal information and expire within minutes.
Because everything we set is strictly necessary for the service to function, these cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and there is no cookie-consent banner.
3. What we deliberately do not do
On the atikoapp.co marketing site there are:
- No third-party advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking or retargeting pixels
- No social-media plugins that report your visit to another company
- No fingerprinting scripts
4. Similar technologies
Inside the platform, local storage remembers interface preferences. Local storage stays on your device, is never sent to third parties, and is not used to track you.
5. Third-party services you connect
When you connect advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google to Atiko, the connection happens through that platform's own sign-in pages on its own domain, and the platform may set its own cookies there. Those cookies are governed by that platform's cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
6. Managing and deleting cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies from its privacy or site-settings menu. In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge this lives under the browser's settings, typically labelled Privacy, Cookies, or Site Data.
Because atiko_session is how we know you are signed in, blocking or deleting it signs you out. Blocking cookies for atikoapp.co entirely means you will not be able to sign in at all. The public marketing pages work fine without any cookies.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because Atiko does not track visitors across sites or sell personal information for advertising, there is no tracking to switch off.
8. Changes and contact
If a cookie or similar technology is added, this policy will be updated first and the date at the top changed. Questions can be sent to ATIKO APP LIMITED at info@atikoapp.co.
